a really lovely experience... just breathing in the fynbos was relaxing enough.

The views over the lake and coastline are brilliant. The island tour/walk is breathtaking. The buffet was superb.

The combination of a boat trip, a drive through the reserve and a hike was nice, the views stunning. We took the afternoon tour, which excludes any meals on site. The infomation given by the guide was to the point, with a humoristic touch. Do it for the views, don't expect to see a lot of annimals in the wild

Boat trip was enjoyable, but nothing special. Noisy, slow trip in the 4X4 up to the top of the Western Head with not much to be seen along the way. Definitely not worth the money if not doing the hike down. Hike had beautiful scenery, just a pity that our guide kept hurrying the group along so we will make it back to the ferry as soon as possible. Had no chance to enjoy the experience, read the information boards along the path etc. Would have loved to spend a bit more time soaking up the beautiful surrounds. Guide was friendly but seemed somewhat agitated when asked questions. I'd advise tourists wanting to experience the Heads to rather take another boat trip which takes you from the lagoon, through the Heads to the open sea and back, or to take a drive to the Eastern Head, which is free, and enjoy lunch or sundowners at one of the restaurants.
