On a busy day when most people are out grabbing christmas day groceries, it is always nice to grab a cup of coffee and a slice of cake inbetween shopping. Unfortunately L'Opera failed to appreciate this business. They seemed overwhelmed by the christmas rush, more concerning however was the manageress' apethetic attitude towards our dissatisfaction at having to wait for one meal while the rest of our table was plated. Her response to our concerns - " maybe if you spoke to us with respect ...." , my response - maybe if you showed an appreciation for customer satisfaction, I would show you some respect.
