What a view, the sun was shining and the sea and sky were both crystal clear. Great for photos. Helpful car park attendant, not sure if he was "official" but done a good job.

Thank Arlene A

Stunning location and gave a great view of the Kynsna Lagoon and surrounding area. Be prepared to tip the local car park attendant and he will look after your car and tell you where another good view point can be found.

We drove as far as seemed allowed and parked up in a "guarded" car park and then set foot up a paved road to the Heads only to see cars passing us and parking far closer to the top!!You must be reasonably fit to make the walk as it is steep and takes circa 20 mons.Once up the top you will be rewarded by the splendid sight of the indian ocean and the estorary/river waters crashing into each other as they squeeze through the narrow Heads which rise high above..On the way back to your car do drive down to the watersedge were you will find three outlets for food and drink

This was a great trip, with friendly knowledgeable crew and Captain. There is no guarentee that you will be able to traven through the Heads into the Indian Ocean, but we were lucky enough to get through the Heads. Good food and drink provided. You know this is a good trip when the majority of the people on board were Local people who had been on the trip before.

We took a cruise towards the Knysna Heads just before sunset. The boat was comfortable but the captain had quite alot to say about nothing, which somewhat affected my whole experience.

As for the Knysna Heads, they are intimidating in a good way. It is amazing how nature protects itself and leaves us to see the beauties. An added bonus was a seal tossing his catch around for us to take photos of.

Worth a visit!
