I have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. However Friday 14 December 2012 was a terrible occassion. When our food arrived, I noticed that one Pizza was burned and called the manager Paul. He told us that he could trim the edges off or we could wait for twenty minutes for a replacement. We went the trim route because everybody's food were already on the table. The pizza however was burned all over and 80 percent went back to the kitchen. Although we indicated our unhappiness to the waiter, the manager never bothered to come and speak to us and in fact we were billed the full prize for the burned offering. Needless to say the waiter payed for this disaster because he got no tip. In any decent restaurant the manager would in fact have noticed the burnt pizza beforehand, but they were too busy texting and chatting with one another.
This is very sad, because the rest of the food was excellent. But the proof of a good restaurant is on how they prevent and handle mistakes, and the management of this restaurant failed epically.
