My wife and I visited Tapas Food and Wine Bar a year ago where she had a really good Paella comparable, and better, than that one would expect from a first class Spanish restaurant. This time her Paella was a bowl of yellow-coloured rice topped with pieces of chicken, with one or two lost prawns for a topping, and for a price. It was the most expensive item on the menu! What a disappointment since she had been looking forwards to repeating her previous culinary experience. We did not find that this place had maintained their previous standard, and as for their snacks and niknacks, they were simply overpriced. Thus, as far as we were concerned, it was good-bye Tapas, Hermanus.
