This place is always busy, especially with the tourists. My knowledgeable friends say that it has the best shushi in Cape Town but I cannot confirm that personally. It always has a great buzz as it is in the centre of the mall and more than likely you will have to wait a bit to be seated. My wife and I used to always have a few oysters with champagne before our meal but lately I prefer the English fish and chips which is served in a pan and the Hake is fresh fresh fresh! I don't rate their coffee so maybe they should look to improve on this, but their service is really good. Definitely one of my favourite places at the Waterfront.
