We had visited this restaurant three years ago on a previous trip so decided to return we we given a table outside which was overlooking the sea and the sunset. Until the sun went down it was warm then after sunset the temperature rapidly dropped to the lower 60s two patio heaters were available but failed to provide noticeable heat. This meant food soon cooled especially the main course. The food was unremarkable with portions smaller than at our hotel, vegetables were charged extra wine again was more costly than at our hotel. A two course meal with wine cost £46 for two people which is quite expensive by Cape Town standards. I had soup followed by pork and my wife soup followed by beef both tender but needing the extras ie vegetables and potatoes. Coffee concluded the dinner iiWorth a visit but there are better places to eat in the city
