As new visitors to Cape Town we could not have chosen a better place. We were here for 3 nights in February. Fantastic location for getting around. Sharon our host was so helpful with ideas, advice and doing bookings on the internet for us. Our room was airy and comfortable.Breakfast was great with a view to excite. All in all a good place to stay if a newcomer, as with Sharon's help one cannot fail to enjoy this wonderful city. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A number of us descended on Sharon's B&B in February and had a fantastic stay. Sharon is an extremely welcoming host (even helping to provide props for the James Bond 40th birthday party that we were attending!) and the location of the B&B is ideal. There is a gorgeous view of the bay which you are able to enjoy from the breakfast bar every morning (the breakfasts are amazing). This leads to a much more informal and chatty atmosphere throughout your stay making it all the more special. The rooms are nice and airy and our room had a great view of the city.

Room tip: Ask for a room overlooking the city

My parents, my partner and i stayed at the Redbourne Hilldrop for just under a week in February and found it to be everything we'd need and more.
The house is very welcoming, with a homely feel. The rooms were very clean and ours boasted a fab view of the city, while my parents had a spacious room with a lovely downstairs bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional, and was always served by the windows, overlooking the beautiful city of Cape Town. The hosts, Sharon and Jonny were always happy to offer endless advise on things to do and the restaurants they recommended were sensational.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
