Great day out a bit windy but all in all not to be missed. If fit you can do a lovely walk. Great for photo taking

What a nice destination to get away from Cape Town for a day. You can really observe some of the natural, pre-colonization plant life. The views from the light house were breathtaking and the walk over to the Cape of Good Hope was quite enjoyable. We saw antelope and ostrich along the way. Mike and Asanda from Baz Bus helped us get to and from the reserve.

This nature reserve on the southernmost tip of the cape is in my opinion a must to visit. The views are breathtaking and unmatched by anything you could visit on the peninsula.

Getting in is not easy. We had to wait about 1 hour to drive into the park and there weren't even that much visitors. There is not a lot of parking at Cape Point. Take this into account if you're visiting with children.

If you're staying in the city, you can combine it with a little road trip via Chapman's Drive one way and Boulder Beach the other way.

This is such a magical place to visit, great hiking, pristine beach, places to stay and a lighthouse that you can visit via a venicular.

Cape point is one of the beautiful and memorable places I visited in the full day Capetown tour. It's the southeast corner of the cape peninsula, For the first time I came across of a funicular. Very very enjoyable.
