This is a fantastic place to stay in Cape Town. Wonderful location, fantastic staff, brilliant service and helpful & knowledgeable owners. Stayed here for 12 nights during the World Cup & would not hesitate to go back if I ever get chance to visit again.

Well located secure s/c accommodation. Our en-suite room was small but nicely appointed with ktchen and dining room facilities available. Easy walking distance from large shopping mall with two food supermarkets and post office yet quiet and free from traffic noise. Secure sunny courtyard 'gazebo' seating and car park with view of Table Mountain as a backdrop so you can check cloud conditions before going up in the cablecar. Staff were helpful and friendly. simpler rooms with shared bathroom are also available.

My colleague and I stayed at the Flower Street Villa for a week and it felt like home away from home. The B and B is spotlessly clean, has safe off street parking and Justin, Natalia and Biggie the cat provided friendly and welcoming service. There is a great cafe within walking distance and it was really nice to be staying away from the touristy and expensive waterfront area.

I think the best thing about Flower Street Villa, especially for our kind of trip and group was that it allowed all of us to feel like home. Since we were staying there for a month, it was very important that we all bond together and the villa was the perfect venue for that. The kitchen became our hangout spot and is equipped with everything. There is a small area where you can sit outside and enjoy the weather while sipping on coffee and snuggling up with your favorite book. The room I stayed in was huge and I settled in quite nicely. Everything is conveniently located like the mall and a 7/11. Definitely a good place to stay in if you want to experience South Africa from a non-touristy point-of-view.

Cape Town is a popular destination for study abroad groups from American universities. Our group of 17 stayed at the Flower Street Villa in Cape Town for about five weeks in May and June 2009. Natalia and Justin and their staff extended a warm welcome, offered excellent facilities, gave students run of the kitchen, enjoyed the students' exuberance and made all of us feel at home. They even set up a projection system and rearranged furniture for a film screening one night! This is an excellent location and secure accommodation for overseas student groups. I can't recommend it more highly.

This was the best place I have stayed traveling abroad. The staff were welcoming from the start to the end of our trip and made Flower Street Villa a home. Whether you are looking for a place to stay for a month or a weekend, this guest house will accommodate to all of your needs. You will not be able to find a better place in Cape Town.

This is a really friendly establishment with staff who could not be more helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Fantastic location and amazing value for money. It really is one of Cape Town's best bargains and we will certainly return there on our next visit. 10 out of 10.
