“Great Place to Stay to Explore Cape Town”

Lovely small hotel with modern rooms, comfy beds, centrally located with super helpful staff and an excellent brekkie. One morning they were kind enough to pack us some sandwiches to take on our hike up Table Mountain as we were leaving well before breakfast was served. The honesty bar is very helpful and not overpriced. Although we never made use of the service, there is a driver available to take you out at night if necessary. Great feature. Walking distance to a very nice shopping centre. Beautiful views from the roof of Table Mountain. Very enjoyable stay!

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon in Dec 2012. Very cozy, very friendly staff, and very good location (you're right next to Table Mountain Cableway). The staff is very friendly and welcoming - they also recommended great restaurants for us. One nice perk is they provide a driver for you if you want to go somewhere in the evening (say, to a nice restaurant and have a few glasses of wine).

Also: a great open-air rooftop view, a nice small pool, and nice hot breakfasts included every day.

I had a fantastic stay at the Three Boutique. The staff, without exception, were all very friendly and helpful as were the owners Justin and Natalia.

One thing I particularly appreciated was the information available on varying activities within the area and the help given in arranging these trips.

The rooms were all lovely, spacious and clean and the communal areas were very stylish and relaxing. The honesty bar was a good touch and the breakfasts were fantastic with a good range of choice, both hot and cold.

If I was to visit this area again I wouldn't hesitate to book in at the Three Boutique Hotel again.

We found this little gem on a marathon goggle night in and it looked great so we checked reviews on trip advisor and booked.
How glad we were - Justin and the team have renovated this beautiful building in a sympathetic manner with bags of style with all the mod cons and little touches you would expect from a 5* but leaving the ambience and peace of a colonial manor house.

Nothing was too much trouble and the small team (From Justin the owner through to the wonderful cleaners and kitchen staff) did everything they could to make our stay memorable.

Highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Room Tip: Best upstairs as more privacy. But all really good.

This was recommended to us by a family friend and man were we happy they did. We had an amazing time, we were travelling with my 3 year old nephew and he is a very fussy eater and they always accommodated to him, lovely owners/hosts. They made us feel at home! Had full wifi coverage from my room as we were next door to the reception. The only little qualm I had was the huge roach I found in my room...

Stayed for four nights, owners have transformed this little hotel into a modern oasis, hidden in the jewel that is Cape Town. Good service, good value, extremely clean, with an amazing sun terrace with view of table mountain.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and enjoyed the colonial feel to the hotel. it was nice to learn about the History of the building. The rooms were spacious with very good bathroom and a massive shower. WiFi coverage was poor and really only worked in the reception area, fortunately I di not have too much email correspondenc eot deal with so was not a major issue. Some of the pictures gave us the impression that it was bigger than it is, this especially applies to the pool which is very small and not big enough to swim in.
Hospitality was good even though the owners wife was just about to have a baby! In south Africa the hotel is really a guest house, this does not mean that it comprimises on quality in fact most Guest Houses we stayed in were up to 5 star hotel quality. But it does mean that it is bed and breakfast and no service in the day. There are facilities such as an honesty bar, but it is not the sort of hotel you would hang out at.
Bottom line I would definately rebook next time in Cape Town. Just need to find a gym to excercise at.
