Great place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality provided by Justin and Natalie. Can we please stay again on our next trip to Cape Town?

This is a very nice hotel with a lot of history. Justin and Natalia worked very hard to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are a very friendly couple and having quite recently taken over the THREE are very keen to make it a great success. The rooms are first class with an excellent bathroom and very comfortable beds. I think our only criticism would be that the breakfast left a little bit to be desired and we found it quite expensive compared to other places we stayed during our month in Southern Africa. All in all we would be more than happy to return.

We now have a full and varied breakfast menu, smoked salmon eggs benedict, smoothies, fruit platters, breakfast wraps as well as the usual full English, omlettes, cold meats and cheeses etc. Our professionaly trained chef is always tweeking and improving the menu to cater for the different nationalities we have stay with us.

we stayed a couple of days at THE THREE and it was really phantastic. Justin and Natalia, the hosts are so `welcoming` and helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure! rooms and baths are quite fancy. the stuff is friendly. breakfast was great.. we simply loved it. if you don´t need to be in the centre of night life, etc., this is a wonderful place to stay !

The Three Boutique is perfectly situated just a short walk from central Cape Town. Justin and Natalia are natural hosts and made us very welcome. Their staff are delightful, smiley and nothing's too much trouble - breakfasts are awsome! The hotel has been sympathetically renovated and is quiet and comfortable. A great place from which to explore the lovely city of Cape Town.

Justin and Natalia made us so welcome.....the rooms were pristine, quiet, and so comfortable and there was an on-tap 'honesty bar', for availability during the day.
The roof terrace we mostly had to ourselves and to sit there with a clear view of Table Mountain ..... awesome!
Had great tips from Justin as to where to eat (he booked them for us too!) and where to visit etc. Great location for driving to all the hotspots and walkable to the hop on hop off bus sightseeing tour. We shall be returning ...... sooner rather than later we hope !! The THREE is a real gem........

Room Tip: Every room seemed identical. All of them really quiet.

We found this unique, boutique hotel in central Cape Town and it really made our first trip to SA special. THREE is a super charming, renovated and restored Colonial manor house with original details and beautifully modern and complimentary furnishings and fixtures. The owners and the staff are all extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, making THREE feel like a home. The rooms are very spacious, with beautifully designed fabrics, lighting, and fixtures, The hotel has a high quality designer look and feel to the details. And each room has it's own exterior entrance facing the private courtyard and pool area or overlooking the balcony, which gives each the feeling of being in your own home where you can come and go as descretely as you wish. There is a fantastic rooftop sundeck and lounge area with beautiful views of Table Mountain, Lions Head, and other spectacular cityscapes. THREE is in the trendy Orangezicht neighborhood just near the Gardens. Ideal central locations and beautifully quiet areas. It was super easy to make the beautifully senic 10 minute drive over too Camps Bay, Clifton beaches, or to the Waterfront area. And the breakfasts at THREE were really delicious as well. We stayed five nights and would absolutely return for another stay. And hope to soon!

Room Tip: One room is a suite with kitchenette. All the rooms are spacious in size, quiet and privacy.
