“Stunning views”
Reviewed May 8, 2013

A short walk around the base of Lions Head is not too difficult - the more adventurous can climb it. It gives you beautiful views and is a nice way to spend some time outdoors.

“Lion's Head”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

The best way to look at Lion's head is from far away. It is a mountain and like any mountain, you can see a "shape" which resembles something and this mountain, quite close to Table Mountain and Signal Hill is just that.

Looking from far away, you can see the "Lion's Head". The more adventurous can climb it too but there is nothing else than that!

“Scenic view”
Reviewed May 4, 2013

If you look at this rocky outcropping just the right way, it does look a bit like a lion's head. I would not hike to see this--look for it through a vehicle's window.

“Wonderful view, worth the effort”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

Climbed it one morning last week before it got too warm. It's a decent effort to climb, not as easy as I expected but at the same time, anyone taking their time and in a reasonably fit state should be able to get to the top. The 360 degree view is stunning.
