Owner description: The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider crabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthrall.

Well worth a visit especially if you have children. Easily found on the waterfront, an extensive array of fish and sea creatures imaginatively and informatively displayed.

Went with some friends and found it surprising enjoyable. The entrance fee seems a bit pricey at the beginning, but when you see the truly lovely facilities the animals have it makes it worth it. Many of the tanks have cleverly designed displays to show off their residents and some of the tanks are truly spectacular in size as well as in their function. Just the variety of species also impresses for sure. Well worth the visit whether with the family or with some 30 something's on holiday.

We went to the Aquarium on 11 February 2013 and what an awesome visit... We had such a great time. We loved the Clown Fish bowl that you can climb into. And the Jelly Fish. The employees were very friendly and helpful... The restaurant's food was terrific. Keep it up Two Oceans Aquarium. We will definitely see you again in the future

If you have time you really should go, I was very impressed with the wall of fish and the sea horses that they have are so beautiful.
The feeding of the penguins is very amusing.

I have visited on a rainy day but would have been there on any other day: I loved it! It was one of the best places I have been in Cape Town. I have never thought I would see plankton or so many varieties of jellyfish! The aquariums are well kept and in some areas there are people explaining about the behavior of some very interesting creatures like microorganisms and sea anemones. You can feed them and touch them!

I also really enjoyed the "Nemo" aquarium, where you are surrounded by fishes, the different crustaceous and the predator tank with sharks and stingrays. I will definitely go back!
