The aquarium is right at the waterfront, at the city sight-seeing bus departure point which is very handy. Lots of tanks full of amazing fish etc to look at, lots of great info too. There is a touching pool where you can hold/touch starfish etc. A great place to spend 2 hours, finishing off with a relaxing sit in front of a HUGE tank of mixed fish/shark/tortoise etc.

There are variates of fishs and sea life. Just thought it would be bigger but it didnt lost its charm. A place to come back.

We visited this place with three adults. The building is well shaped and there are unexpected animals to be seen. When the penguins go to there night stay they walk among the guests wich is nice and rather funny to see. They don't seem to be borthered by humans. The museum is not that big but okay to visit for a few hours.

Thank you very much for Two Oceans Aquarium review you wrote. You were very fortunate to have met our rockhopper penguins. They are truly wonderful birds. We hope you also enjoyed the rest of your visit to Cape Town.

If you like sea life there is a lot to like about this aquarium. Some very good and unusual exhibits. They could use a better ventilation system for the penguin exhibit though. The smell is pretty overpowering in there.
