Owner description: The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider crabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthrall.

I spent a few hours at the aquarium and enjoyed it, they have a few spectacular large exhibits and a live kelp forest tank which is hypnotic! It's not huge but it's well laid out and there's a lot there considering the size. Only thing I would have wanted was a marine mammal exhibit, but it was still great without. It would be fantastic for kids.

We enjoyed walking around and seeing the difference between the two oceans that surround South Africa. It is not a huge aquarium, but it is very well done, and has many little nooks and crannies with great things to see. We especially enjoyed the shark feeding at he predators exhibit.

The aquarium caters to all ages. My kids love going there and we can easily take them a few times a year. We have an annual pass and it has been worth every cent. We always finish off with lunch in the restaurant that has a lovely play area with a child minder.

Located in the heart of Cape Town, near V&A Waterfront, it is a nice Aquarium and place to visit while in the area. Some of my favorites were the Starfish, Sea Horse, Turtles, lots of Jelly Fish and oh may be aware of the Sharks. It is called Two Oceans because it is framed by Atlantic and Indian Ocean. Children, and of course Adults alike, even get a chance to touch a few "friendly" marine creatures... such as Start Fish.

When we first arrived, school groups surrounded us and were very loud. These kids moved on quickly and then we were able to see the exhibits easily.
We enjoyed all the quotes on water attached to the tanks. My kids liked this aquarium.
