Owner description: The Two Oceans Aquarium is a window into the spectacular oceans surrounding the southern African coast. Through displays ranging from the small and almost fantastical Knysna seahorses, to sea turtles and shoals of shimmering fish, the Aquarium holds wondrous discoveries around every corner. Come face-to-face with giant spider grabs and have an adventurous tactile experience at the Touch Pool. Be sure to visit the I&J Ocean Exhibit, with its 9m long window, and 10m long full tunnel. Qualified divers can also make use of the opportunity to dive in this exhibit with shoals of fish and turtles. The Jelly gallery is sure to mesmerize and enthral.

Well designed & thought provoking. The kids also had great fun with the magnetic wall map of African countries (challenged the parent's too!)

“Very Impressive”

The aquarium will take you by surprise. Our daughter was facinated at every turn we made, from the penguins, to the sharks, and even the enormous crabs! Her favorite had to be the ability to look through the clownfish (Nemo) tanks!

“Awesome”

Took my godchild for a visit. He loved it and I must say I enjoyed it too. It's been many years since I was at an aquarium. A sit down place to have a meal inside would be a plus.

“best I've ever seen”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 13, 2012

this is an absolutely fabulous experience for adults and children alike. We have been to many aquariums around the world including Singapore and Bangkok but this is by far the best in layout, specimens and general educational information. Whatever you do, don'y be in a hurry when you visit as you can easily spend several hours here and not get bored if this is your thing.
