We visited Hout Bay twice from 2 different vantage points. An evening and afternoon encounter.
The first one was our first full evening in SA. We went for dinner at the Harbor House. The food was amazing-fish just off the boats that day-4 daily specials with excellent sauces and fresh veg.
The next time was for a late afternoon lunch at Dunes. We had been to Ambeloui for a champagne tour and took our delish champagne to this outdoor cafe on the dunes. Enjoyed great sunshine, blue skies and a quick walk into the very cold water.
