For a fun night, recommend sitting at the counter with a view of the kitchen action and helpful explanations from the chef de cuisine. The food was generally excellent, with a bit of up and down, and unlike some tapas places many of the portions were quite generous. If you've never been before it's worth checking out directions since it wasn't clear at first where in the mill it is (it was dark out). It's a tasty, inventive menu that is well worth the trip.
