Miss Robyn Turner, made my experience one of the most Exhilarating, Ever. The formation of the mineral (Gem) is a phenomena. I have quite some knowledge in minerals but it was really fascinating to know about the key players, that made the hardest rock, the most cherished gift.

The presentation was really a discourse, On-point!.

I would advice anyone to book the free tour and be intrigued and indulged.

Really informative talk and exhibit on Diamonds. thoroughly enjoyed it but be prepared as the exit is through the showrooms!! Don't worry though, no pressured selling at all which was refreshing. Got the feeling that enough people buy the diamonds without them worrying! It is run by Shimanskys jewellers.

A very interesting and enjoyable tour. Learned some things I didn’t know about diamonds which is good and we enjoyed watching the staff at work in the workshop. I also liked looking at the finished jewellry pieces at the end, which I found to be very unique and different! Worth a visit.

This is a worth while visit if you go to Cape Town! It can be done in any weather, so perfect for the overcast day. With the ulterior motive of finding out her likes, I took my fiance (then girlfriend) for the tour. She enjoyed the sparkling fantasy and stunning designs, while I found the diamond mining and cutting process very interesting. If you're there during working hours you get to see the goldsmiths in action! Drinks are complimentary. They let my girlfriend try on a couple rings, and never pushed a sale, which was refreshing. Though we didn't buy anything physical, we had bought into the brand!! Shimansky is surely the best! A couple months later, I did end up getting the ring from Shimansky. And the tour is free! I suggest making a booking.
