Read all the reviews and agree entirely that it is a well kept secret as there were just a small number of covers when we visited but at least this means you can get a table!! To put this place in context, we have eaten at several Michelin starred restaurants, including two 2*, and Dash is the equal if not better. When you factor in that in the UK you would probably pay £50/head for a similar meal without drinks and we paid £41 for two with an excellent bottle of wine then the value for money is remarkable. The food is sublime and so attractively presented. For a starter I had a deconstructed caesar salad so was just amazing. Do take the sorbet course ie three choices from four on offer for ZAR 25!! The staff were excellent and service was spot on plus you sit on a very lovely restaurant. Finally, do try (but please share!) the cheese platter....delicious. Our one mistake was to opt for the Savoy Cabbage on our final night and suffer a very ordinary meal rather than returning here. Thanks to the chefs for a memorable experience.
