I usually go to Frieda's for lunch because it's easy to get to from work, and their sandwiches are great - I've always been happy with them. Admittedly, I haven't really tried much else on the menu apart from a spaghetti bolognaise, which was reasonably priced although I've tasted better elsewhere, so I wouldn't get that again. The service is decent too and Steve, the friendly Kiwi owner, is usually around for a chat.
