Excellent location, very nice service, excellent breakfast upstairs. The place does feel like a home with antique decorations throughout the rooms and hallways. The rooms are pretty small but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped us with recommendations for sights to see in Cape Town. Note that you can park on the street outside or if you have a small car you can park in the garage. We did have the downstairs room and it was louder than the upstairs rooms, so I would advise you to mention that when booking.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. Very friendly People, great breakfast, nice and charming rooms. You must (!) take the Walking tour through Boo-Kap with Cyril - this is a unique experience you will never forget.
Cape Town is a wonderful City with nice places (Long Street, Greenmarket Square etc) to shop, eat, drink or simply watch.

Room Tip: all rooms look really pretty, two rooms on first floor have balcony and thus offer nice views

The room was very comfortable and light with big windows. Location was good - 5min walk to Long Street for bars and 20min to V&A Waterfront. Green Market square was also about 5min walk. Breakfast was plentiful and set you up for the day. Staff were very friendly.

Room Tip: If you are over 6foot like my husband, you need room 3. All rooms had 4 poster beds, but this was the only bed that didn't have an end on it, so plenty of room.

My girlfriend an I stayed for 3 nights at Dutch Manor in the middle of november and then again 2 nights in the middle of december. We have only the best things to say about the rooms, atmosphere and especially the staff, which always treated us like royalties! Nice location, not far from the city centre. Our warmest recommendations!

Dutch Manor is a most delightful place to stay with the historic building and the antique furniture. The staff were most helpful when the airlines lost my luggage. The hotel is within walking distance of the Cape Town International Conference Center.
