We just loved these very eclectic markets. It wasn't just African craft goods, it was beautiful quality goods that you will love to take home.

Make sure you go hungry because the array of food is mind blowing and we were devastated that we were still full from breakfast and literally not able to eat. Sacrilegious!

You must go, you won't be disappointed.

I visited this market during a trip to Cape Town and only wish I'd gone earlier in the month so could have gone back more! A huge selection of delicious food at decent prices (I had the german Rostis and bought some cinnamon roast macademias.. mmm) the only hard part is trying to choose! A tip - don't eat before you go :)

Great place to visit and loads of unusual products as well as fresh produce including stunning wines from Cloof wines estate where they are offering a free tablet PC on a selection of medal winning wines. Cloof.co.za

The popular Saturday morning market at this venue is a good place to grab a bite to eat and hang out with friends. Cape Town's version of London's Borough Market. Take your pick from the many food items on sale, grab a table and watch the passing parade. The complex also houses a selection of interesting shops and restaurants. Only negative is the lack of sufficient parking in the area. Be careful as the traffic police like to patrol the area and issue tickets for cars parked illegally.

Nothing much to dislike, when there are a variety foods.
If you are into these types of attractions; then you should also visit the market at Hout Bay and the Market at the V & A Waterfront.
They are similar, yet different and my opinion must be visited to enjoy the experience that these types of attractions have to offer.
