Atlantic Affair Boutique Hotel

We stayed at Atlantic Affair for 3 nights. Location was ideal, price was also really good value for money if you look at other comparable places in the area. We could walk to the beach, and stayed in the penthouse which had a partial ocean view.
The suite was beautifully furnished, spotless, and all the kitchen equipment was in top condition. The furniture was also modern and comfortable.
Staff very helpful, we were offered the use of their laptop to make use of the free internet in the rooms. They even gave us a free bottle of wine.
I wouldn't even look around for accommodation next time I visit CT. It is rated 4 starts but I've been to 5 star places that weren't as good as this. It could easily be rated 5 stars.
There is no restaurant on the premises, but this is not a problem as all, as there are restaurants and a 24 hour grocery shop a 2 min walk away.

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor our expectations of Atlantic Affair were very high, but from the moment we walked through the door we were treated like royalty. These people take hospitality to a different level. Many, many thanks to Oliver, Leswell and team for making our stay so special. All the good things we'd read were true, Atlantic Affair is a beautiful boutique hotel and Sea Point is a great and safe area to stay, much nicer than the city centre. All in all by far the nicest hotel and best hospitality we've ever experienced. We'll be back!

Booked the hotel after reading the wonderful reviews on trip advisor. On arrival greeted by Leswell and Sandra and immediately shown to a lovely bedroom despite being early.
The room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed - little extras such as a filter coffee machine and microwave very usefull. Again Leswell and Sandra were extremely helpful in booking restaurants and taxis during our three night stay. The secure car park was another great positive in a city centre hotel. On our last night we wanted to check in online for our flight the following day - Leswell very kindly lent us his laptop for the evening. I can certainly say this is one of the best hotels you could book if staying in Cape Town.

We stayed for two nights before we left to return home and I wish we had stayed here at the start of our trip. As we had previously had our car broken into I made sure we had accomodation with secure parking and was in the Sea Point area.
We were not dissappointed, what a fantastic welcome we had. From all the staff working at Atlantic affair, they were friendly, and very helpful in particular Leswell who worked on the reception.
The room was awesome, very clean and had all the facilities you could ask for. If I was travelling on my own I would certainly stay here, and for couples you couldnt ask for more. The area of Sea Point is excellent for restaurants, and a great base for exploring Cape town.
The Atlantic Affair is a wonderful place to stay and you will be well looked after.

We have stayed in hotels around the world, and this has been the best.

Super friendly staff, immaculate rooms. It is amazing!

Just book it. A big thank you to Leswell for making Cape Town unforgettable.

We stayed in the Atlantice Affair for a total of five days, in apartment 301 (penthouse) on the top floor. The apartment was spotlessly clean and decor modern and elegant. We had a large balcony area for our private use, with a partially obscured, but good view down the road to the sea and in the other direction we had a good view of Lion's Head Mountain.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early and helping with taxis, recommendations for where to go for food and nightlife.

Our apartment had a separate kitchen/ living area with fridge, microwave, flat-screen TV, tea/ coffee making facilities and excellent air-conditioning. The bathroom was a good size, as was the bedroom (with one of the biggest beds I've ever seen!). We also had access to the Hotel's wi-fi. The location was good, Seapoint seems to have more of a city-vibe than the touristy Waterfront area, the sea-front is within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, and there are several good cafes on Regents Road (a minute's walk from the Hotel). It is a good base if you have a car, as Camps bay, Llandudno Beach, Table Mountain Cable Car, Kirstenbosch Gardens and Houts Bay are all only short, easy drives away.

There is not an on-site restaurant, but there are several good cafe's close by, and the City/ Waterfront restaurants are around a 45 Rand taxi ride away.

I can not recomment this place highly enough, if we ever head back to Cape Town I would not hesitate to book here again.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. They allowed us early check in, the staff was very friendly from the beginning helping us make phone calls to find a rent a car and even loaning us a notebook to take to the room. Then when we couldn't get a car because of the high season, they loaned us their company vehicle for 2 days. When we tried to make reservations for the following week after our return from a Safari and everything was booked, they provided us with one night at a special apartment and again gave us the company car, this time for 3 days without us even staying in their hotel. I have never seen service like this anywhere in the world. The room was very spacious and beautiful, the location is very close to the beach and close to shops and restaurants.
