Last week Panama Jack moved to the lovely Cruise Ship Terminal in the Port and close to the Silo District of waterfront. (We were not told this in making reservation, went to the old location, were directed there to the Clock Tower (wrong), and finally found it in the Terminal; actually neat Uber tour of the port!)
We chose to sit outside on the 2nd floor deck overlooking the ships - beautiful. Food was excellent, including oysters on half shell and SA grilled lobster. Service good until we never got the sorbet despite efforts of our waitress...paid rest of bill and left after waiting a good 20 minutes. Clearly some issues in kitchen management.
