Probably one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. Greeted with champagne during check-in, which was quick and easy, and the front desk was flexible when I had to shift my stay by one night at the last minute. The room that I stayed in was absolutely delightful, with a balcony, ample space, and luxurious accommodations (the computer in the room was a nice touch!) on all fronts for an extremely affordable price compared to what you'd be paying for this in most other countries. The jacuzzi was delightful, and I even booked a massage at the spa, which was absolutely top notch. The breakfast is excellent--features an extensive buffet along with a nice menu for hot items. The staff were all friendly and helpful at all times. You can't go wrong here.

Such an amazing hotel. The staff are great - attentive and warm with good conversation, but not overly so. Our room was clean and spacious with great view, and it was so easy to get around. We were treated with welcome bubbly upon arrival and every moment staying in this hotel was perfect. At night, before going out we would have a drink by the fireplace in one of the lobbies. For the price, this hotel is an exceptional value!

We had 3 nights here in late July. The staff are exceptionally attentive, the rooms are beautiful and we had a lovely balcony to enjoy. Breakfast was really good and a lot of choices. We were greeted by Mark, the manager and had a nice chat. Also enjoyed a great massage! Only negatives were the mattress was very hard and no power outlet in the bathroom but we worked around this. Really beautiful boutique hotel!

We have had the most wonderful stay at the Glen Boutique. From the moment we were picked up from the airport by Omer and then welcomed with a glass of fizz at the immaculate hotel to checking out, we were made to feel valued and well looked after. The rooms are impeccable and spotless, with great decor and lovely finishing details. The hot tub and spa are welcome reliefs after long haul flights. The breakfast is as legendary as all the reviews would make you believe with freshly squeezed juices, smoothies and delicious cooked meals too. We enjoyed dinner and a bottle of wine by the fire. We also enjoyed massages and I would like to thank Sive for a wonderfully relaxing aromatherapy massage. We would also like to thank Ashley, Wilmore and Sabelo and all the rest of the incredible staff for making our stay magical. We will be back!

The Glen hotel is a beauifully presented, clean, cared for hotel. This was quite a different experience forus as we usually stay in larger chain type hotels.
The Glen team really contributed to our fabulous Cape Town holiday and we will deffinately return there again in the near future as I was actually sad to leave the hotel and its brilliantly helpful staff.
We were happy we had arranged to begin our weeks holiday with a transfere from the airport to the hotel where we were warmly greeted by the driver Hank who was there waiting for us.
On arrival at the Hotel we were met by several very friendly staff who immediately offered us a sit down and a glass of fizz or an alternative drink while they took our luggage to our room. Our very first impression was they were a friendly, fun loving team who were atentive to your every need.
We were more than happy to stay in our immaculately presented, spacious, well equipted Delux Room room with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and out door jaccuzzi.
The exceptional breakfast really does deseve a mention as this was an fantastic buffet with an arrayof of everything you could ever wish to choose from and an al a carte menu of different cooked dishes too. A deffinite good start to the day.We also ate at the hotel several times on an evening and were not disappointed with the quality food and drinks.
My husband and I also induldged in a visit to the Spa taking full advantage of the facilities...Sauna, steamroom and jaccuzzi. We both enjoyed our African touch massages, followed by a complimentary glass of bubbly in the relaxing bar and again found the Spa staff so welcoming pleasant and friendly. They really made us feel like nothing is too much for them to assist you with.
On the whole we really couldnt find fault with anything in the hotel and am not always that easy to please!!
In my opinion you can see and feel from Mark the owner, who we spoke to on a few occassions, he spreads his warm, friendly nature throughout the staff and has poured a great deal of love in to the business that in turns makes this a great hotel to stay in.
