Here for a naughty night and so impressed by the room and welcome. Gorgeous room, attentive service, great location. Great stereo in the room, and well priced menu. Large room, spacious shower. Love the pool. We will be back.

All our employees stay at The Glen and absolutely love it. Staff is friendly and extremely efficient and go out of their way to make our employees feel welcome. This is the only hotel we will ever use in Cape Town. Well done to management and staff for such a well run Hotel.

Me and my partner stayed at The Glen for 2 nights in a spacious room (and shower) with everything needed. We made use of the jacuzzi and sauna where we could relax in peace. As this is a gay-friendly hotel we could be ourselves without pretending. The breakfasts were of the highest quality and definitely a highlight of our rejoicing. But do not forget the helpful and friendly staff in general and especially the friendly Riaan on duty at the breakfast :-) Although a wet and cold weekend we'll be back during summer ..................... Well done to everyone at The Glen Boutique Hotel!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Glen back in September of 2012, and it was superb!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious and had unique characteristics that made this place more than just your standard chain hotel (we actually stayed in two of the rooms during our stay - both of them were great.) Breakfast, which was both substantial and tasty, was made to order and was a huge help in getting over our jetlag.

It was a quick walk from the hotel down to the shoreline park/walking path, and was an easy point to navigate from. We also found a couple great restaurants just down the street.

Overall, a fantastic hotel that has all the amenities plus some little extras that truly make the place something special.

We loved our stay at The Glen and were lucky enough to stay in the penthouse which was impressive. Everyone who works there is super helpful and friendly and the complimentary breakfast delicious. I hate big impersonal hotels and The Glen is the exact opposite. We liked it so much we have recommended to our friends who are visiting in September.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Glen Hotel for 3 days and I was actually sad to leave. The staff will bend over backwards to accomodate your every need. They are more than capable of suggesting venues for dining and sight seeing and will even go the extra mile to make the reservations for you. They are simply amazing! Warm, welcoming, professional and friendly.

The hotel is so beautiful and really is value for money. It's centrally located which makes getting around very easy. It's the kind of establishment that makes you proud to be South African; a real gem.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Glen and would like to thank the guest relations manager, Phillip Botha for making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the front door.
Drinks on arrival and afterwards we were taken to a sumptuous bedroom en suite.
The hotel is centrally situated. Breakfast was outstanding. A friend joined us at the little bar where there was a crackling fire awaiting us. We will return again and again.
Well run estabishment! Highly recommended.
