Owner description: Just up Kloof Nek Road from the center of town is this thriving beach community. Plenty of trendy nightclubs, shops and cafes bring diners and shoppers, while tranquil seas and fine white sand draw sun worshippers and swimmers.

White sandy beach with shops close by, great place to stroll with a loved one, or play with the kids. Be warned though, the water is not just cold, it's freezing as it comes straight from antartica without touching land. If you don't beleive me, try it. Well worth the trip, just 10 minutes of so from the centre of Cape Town.

Thank Chris G

Gorgeous beach, white sand, fringed by palm trees, beautiful sunsets and fantastic views of Lions head and the 12 apostles.

Be prepared to be firm with those selling crafts unless you actually want to buy
Do watch out of the strong breezes whic can come unexpectedly.

After a few hours of hiking around Table Mountain, we managed to catch a Hop-on Hop-off bus to Camp's Bay Beach in time for sunset. Amazingly beautiful beach, in amazing surroundings. Highly recommend for sunset, or for the restaurant and bar scene.

Beautiful white beaches and blue sea. With the yachts moored a few metres off, really gave you a island feel. tucked away from the traffic and bustle, its a gorgeous strip of beach to get away.

Camp's Bay Beach is a great stop over for eating or picture taking when traveling between Cape Town and Cape Point. This is such a lovely small town with so much beauty. This was such a photogenic area. I got so many great pictures.
