“don't go on sundays !”
Reviewed February 11, 2012

just 2 weeks ago i had visited this restaurant and wrote a good review.this time it was awful. we had booked a table outside which we finally got, but oh boy ! the noise level inside was awful. the youngsters they let into the restaurant had been drinking since lunchtime ( i don't blame them!). so were merry and very loud. one of the boys did wear swim shorts and no shirt. the service took VERY long and the food was warm , not hot when served. sorry, they won't see me for a long time !!

“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed February 7, 2012

Went for a late breakfast / brunch at the Grand Cafe and everyone was delighted with their choices. A full English breakfast that would have kept a truck driver happy, fantastic omelette and a delicious yoghurt dish all served with good coffee and a smile. Great location and as a tourist, good prices. An excellent way to start the final day of our Cape Town holiday.

“Nice chic spot not Nikki beach Miami but has a good vibe, don't go for the food”
Reviewed January 23, 2012

Went wth friends for long 6 hour mainly liquid lunch, food was so so, good pizza but otherwise not great dinning. Go for the vibe and the views. It's where the buitifull people hang on a sunday lunch. Coming from Cayman the cost was very reasonable. Would go again and would recommend a visit. Not sue I would go for dinner, it's a sun up experience.
