“Stunning view of False Bay from Chapmans Peak”
Reviewed January 29, 2013

During our holiday in Cape Town we took the famous drive along Chapmans Peak Drive. You have to pay the toll gate fees from both sides depending from which side you are coming from. But it is still worth paying the toll gate fees, to enjoy driving slowly along the coastline and enjoying the amazing views of False Bay. You may even get to see a few whales if you are patient enough to stop and look around. I encourage you to stop one of the several stop points, get out of your car and take in the breathtaking views of False Bay with the mountains in the background. Try to stop at Chapmans Peak and enjoy the views from there.

“get to the place by sunset!!”
Reviewed January 26, 2013

watching sunset here is really too beautiful! From here you can look at the entire mother city. The drive is also really so relaxing, there are areas where you could sit and just soak up the city of Cape Town!

“Stunning scenery”
Reviewed January 15, 2013

This is an amazing trip with plenty of parking spots for photo opportunities and gazing at the splendid scenery. There is a small toll charge. At either end are spectacular bays - Hout Bay and Nordhoek. All this so close to the city!

“The best way to see and be seen in the Cape Town area”
Reviewed December 22, 2012

Dean and his team provide a great service, booking is easy and there is flex in the pick-up/drop-off times. The cars have been simplified (e.g. auto gearbox) but none of the fun has gone, combine this with the coastal roads, great weather and awesome scenery this is an experience worth every Rand. Speaking of the price, it is about half what you'd pay in the UK! It will be my car of choice when I next Cape Town.

“A must do drive”
Reviewed November 22, 2012

Chapman's peak is an absolute must for any visitor to the cape. Accessible from either Hout bay or Noordhoek the views will not disappoint. The only times that it is closed is during the Argus Cycle tour for one Sunday in March and also if there has been bad weather during winter.

This rates up there with the best drives anywhere.
