This is a fairly strenuous circuit from Kranshoek picnic site through natural forest down to a magnificent stretch of coast line and back up through coastal fynbos and plantation. The walk takes about 4 hours and is approx 9km and is well laid out. There is also a shorter walk for the not so fit. (thats us) This walk is highly recommended, but please take drinking water and go prepared to have a nice swim in the rock pools. We enjoyed this walk but next time we will definately tackle this on a cooler day. At the end there is a lovely picnic spot under the trees.
We spent a good couple of hours just lying around and enjoying the birds and the sounds of nature.
