On Friday 1st March, I emailed and asked for a quote for two adults in a deluxe room for a two night weekend. Four hours and a couple of telephone calls later the receptionist says she has my email and will send the booking confirmation to - would you believe - an old email address that they have on record. I said to her "No, no. no. Why don't you just reply to the email address that came in this morning?" "Oh" she says. So she says she will send it. A few more hours later I finally speak to the afternoon shift receptionist and she confirms an email address with the incorrect spelling of my surname. No wonder I didn't receive it!!!!
Why don't these receptionists learn to read correctly and copy correctly!!! Hope our stay there is more pleasant than the booking experience!!!More
