Second time we stayed here. The location is great, the rooms are good... housekeeping is so very nice. Restaurant was good and also the wine. Safari's were the best. Ralf was by far the BEST game driver, he goes above and beyond on each and every drive. The Boma dinner only happens on Wed and Sat nights, make sure you go to it, (reserve in advance) it is a good experience under the stars. The only bad thing, actually it was so bad that it was an on going joke between all of us that stayed there... there were always the same two people at the reception, a woman and a man. (Sat there are many others that know what they are doing) Both were clueless to anything I asked for. Actually the man would say "no" to everything I asked him, even before the sentence was finished. I asked for a German adapter, he said "no, we don't have those" and then I asked house keeping and she came up with one within 10 minutes. I asked for a cab to take to Sun City (because the shuttle times are fixed and if you don't reserve 30 min in advance, you are out of luck) he refused to call me a cab, stating that they are too expensive. I asked him to call and see how much one would be and I would be back in 10 min. I came back and asked what he found out and he said "I didn't call, I think they are too expensive". You just have to laugh. Ralf over heard this and took us and picked us up as well! Also, he told me that I could not exchange currency at reception without money. (while I handed him the money I needed to exchange)?? Still trying to figure out what that means. The woman was just as bad. So, if you need anything and they do not help you, there are managers around the corner that will help you. Will go again, just won't waste my time with reception. We are really easy and NEVER complain, not even this time to management, just want you to know this before you arrive. Oh, and the wireless internet connection ONLY will work if you are in the bar or restaurant.... NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY!!!
