“Fascinating”

The entire Big Hole and De Beers background was interesting and fascinating. From the info entrance, to staff selling tours to tour guides were poor lack lustre, no enthusiam, poor energy. The Tram drivers were reluctant to do a trip even though we were 4.

“Poor Experiance”

I thought it could have been longer and more fun. The only really good part is the before the actual tour.

“Fascinating Visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 12, 2013

a very interesting visit, most fascinating was the story of the successes of Barney Barnato and Cecil John Rhodes. the infrastructure was good but the tour guides and general service was poor and has room for improvement to make the experience even better. overall a great visit into the past.

Staff were super friendly- more the car guards to security, tour guides and all shop assistants. The tour guide was well informed, exhibitions interesting and the views stunning. A must visit in SA

“Interesting Trip”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 30, 2013

A very good facility in dire need of proper management.
Our guide was indifferent and tour very disorganised - the least she could have done after the movie was to explain the order of the tour. The underground section of the tour was not working!
Would be great pity to see this facility fall into state of neglect.
