“Don't miss a visit to this quiet park”
Reviewed December 21, 2013

We drove with a small car and the roads are fine. Unfortunately one road was closed to visitors due to flooding before our arrival. At 8:30 in the morning there were very few cars in the park and it almost felt like the park belonged to you only. We spotted many buck, giraffes, warthogs, jackal, hippos and even the bird life is excellent! Unfortunately the big 5 avoided us on the day. The map is a good guide and all spots of interest well marked. The aerial board walk is a must see and wheelchair friendly. The toilets are clean with liquid soap for your hands and lots of toilet paper. I wish we had time for a night drive!

“Western Shore delight”
Reviewed December 20, 2013

We have visited the western shore which was recently opened. The hides and facilities are top quality and we enjoyed seeing many hippos in the pools. We also saw giraffes, water bucks, reed bucks, red duikers, zebras, wildebeest, kudus etc... We did not see many cars so wonder if people know that the western shore is now open. Will definitely return soon!

“A different Park”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

The environment is stunning as are the animals; one of the few places the has herds of male kudu. I saw my first black rhino and managed to take lots of photos

Reviewed November 22, 2013

We visited the park at daylight with our own car and saw al lot of antilopes we haven't seen before in other parks. The road where very good.
We got into the park on a nightdrive as well. This was even a better experience.
Put it on your to do list in St Lucia !

“Up close with the wildlife”
Reviewed November 20, 2013

A really interesting park.; we spent 2 days here but you could easily spend more time in the area and walk some of the trails. There is a great variety of wildlife and you get really close: we felt that we could almost have touched 2 rhinos from the windows of our car!
Only issue is that the one shop at Cape Vidal is now closed so take a picnic if you plan to spend the day.
