What a beautiful place Plumbago Guest House is. Situated very close to Kruger Park, surrounded by avocado and banana plantations, it is a little piece of paradise in this very beautiful part of the world. Every comfort has been considered - the chalets are large and well furnished, comfy beds, beautiful gardens and swimming pool, nice robes for use around the pool. On our first night, we ordered dinner, which was delicious and good sized portions. On our last evening Ilara made us toasted sandwiches and tucked us up in blankets ("blankies" as she called them) in front of the TV! She was particularly kind to my son, offering hot chocolate and really looking after us. We were really made to feel at home. What makes this place really special, though, are the hosts, Ilara and Robbie, lovely people - nothing was too much trouble! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this very special place. Many thanks for your hospitality!
