Lovely guest house tucked away up on a hill, in a tranquil and beautiful setting, beautiful rooms with a rural feel yet at the same time stylish and cozy.
Rob the host, greeted us with a sundowner as welcome drink on our arrival and was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, other reviewers have said it, and it's true: It feels like staying with friends. We were very pleased and will certainly be back!

A lovely rural setting within easy reach of Hazyview town centre. Enterprising hosts who gave us a great welcome. Very good facilities and verandah breakfasts great - and guarded by five great Danes we felt very safe.

What nobody knows: these lodges and rooms are build and designed by the Interieur Designer of the famous Sabi Sand Lodges. Same style, a good comfort, but to a realy fair rate. We felt home from the very first moment here and decided spontaneously to stay for another five nights.

Best time we had in SA. The owner is just a realy friendly guy who helped us organizing a overnight stay at Sabi Sand, brought us to a farmers place where we could take a ultralight plane for a stunning areal flight to a fair rate and anyway, we just loved it to be here. Tank you Rob for beeing such a genius host and friend within these few days!

Tip: also all rooms are beautiful, we recommend: take the Chalet, ist's just lovely!

I can't fault anything! Rob was so helpful and kind, the cottage was beautiful and Hazyview is a great place. If you want to visit the Kruger this is a good base and there is lots to do in the area. I will return one day and I urge you all reading this to stay here. You wont be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay Rob (I miss the dogs too).

Room Tip: The cottages are beautiful with great facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashbourne, the Tophams welcomed us warmly and we felt at home. The cottage is centrally located to access various places of interest within the Panorama route and the Kruger National Park.

The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds and linen to die for. I would definitely like to stay at Ashbourne when I visit Mpumalanga again.

Room Tip: We stayed in a self catering cottage and it was really nice and fully furnished Two bedrooms each w...

Guys, you won't believe this before you see it,
amazing place on top of a hill with stunning view to the bushes from your window and over the landscape of the sabie river at the barbecue place.
Rob and his Wife gave us the warmest welcom I'd ever had, offered a drink and a walkaround, invited us to Hippo watching in his car and made our stay just unvorgettable.
highly recomended by me.
Dont be afraid of the 5 dogs, they are so cute, even they are not very small. :)
