The room we had was a good size with 2 queen beds, table, desk, fridge, microwave and good size armour so had a very comfortable stay for the week. The room was very clean and they must actually vacum along the baseboards! The staff are very hospitable, Would definitely recommend this motel as a comfortable stay for a very reasonable price.

Room Tip: Had a room on lower level and were able to park the car right in front of the room so was easy to ha...

Booked here because the balloon festival had most of the rooms taken. It had a good rating which were pretty accurate overall. I wasn't disappointed with the room as much as the rude neighbors slamming doors and running up and down at all hours. I drove past the entrance once because the signage was terrible, but check-in was easy. Parking is an issue if you have difficulties and get an upstairs room. Be prepared to walk as the stairs can be far from the room as ours was. The rear balcony was nice (we got some great shots of the rising balloons the next morning). I'd opt for some place newer and closer to the London Bridge if possible.

Room Tip: Ask for a ground level room or one by the stairway.

We came into town as a large family - we had 5 rooms - none were alike. Fortunately, we had read the reviews and were actually expecting quite a dump. The office made me even more leery but after check in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that room 107 right by the pool was VERY clean and the bed is amazing. We have not slept this well at home! However, some of the other rooms that our family had were not in such good shape. We had varying complaints about different things. We had two rooms that were next to each other and both were the same cost. Then, we find that one room has a microwave and small refrigerator, the other has none. Beautiful pool and surrounding area, however absolutely no shade near pool. If you need some shade, you should bring your own umbrella. I would definitely question what type of room you will receive upon check in - ours was fabulous and we were very happy with having booked via Priceline. Other family members received varying rates and walkins were charged double what we were charged. Check out was also a big drama for some of our group - recommend check out in person so that you don't end up with surprises on your credit card bill. For those paying cash, be warned that they have a mandatory $200 deposit required with NO exceptions. All in all, it was a decent place to stay for us - although the location is off an alley, it is not a bad neighborhood and they have enclosed parking for boats right off the regular parking spaces. Restaurants and bars in walking distance for those who like to imbibe and not want to have to drive after. We would definitely stay here again but would be picky about which room we were assigned.

Room Tip: upstairs rooms seemed to have complaints about the quality of the beds - downstairs rooms had no com...

Booked a room through Priceline (huge mistake first off) & we ended up w this "gem".To make a very looong drawn out story short here is my experience. You better not mind a smoking room, because according to the (extremly RUDE) man Eddie he will absolutely not guarantee you anything! I did explain to him about my childs allergy and he told me "Well that's too bad like I said before I cannot guarantee you anything."Ok first off Isn't this 2013????Since when do you have to beg for a non smoking room & than get told there are no guarantees???I should have done my research before hand I guess, but it really amazes me the things that come out in fine print after they've takin all your credit card information! Please people pay a little extra and don't waste your hard earned time with customer service that doesn't exist, hence Knights Inn & priceline.

It is hard to find but is a nice place to stay one or two nights...It has beautiful views over the roofs of( buildings behind) of the lake and beautiful sunsets too. A clean pool. lots of rooms. Not something you would want to stay at all the time. but if you can find it, punch in( wings loop) in your gps. friendly staff if you can find them around... in the small office... but they have a front door and a door near the pool too.

Room Tip: well I would only stay there if I did not have alot of money...but there are better hotels in the ci...

Few minutes drive of London Bridge & some useful shops/takeaways.Check in time 2pm & we arrived at 13.50 in temps of 100 degs+ after a 5 hr drive. The receptionist on duty didn't speak to us, just pointed at his watch & then at a notice which said no check ins before 2pm. There were no other customers around. I said that i noted that we were 10 mins early. He said we could not be checked in & didn't ask our names. He said rooms would not be ready. There were no seats to sit on, nor coffee available so we had to wait in the car with the engine running to keep cool. When finally checked in he made a fuss about providing extra pillows & about providing a remote control for the TV (it wouldn't work without one & the one he eventually gave us didn't work anyway so we gave up on that!). We had great difficulty understanding what he was saying. Room was very spacious with dining table plus microwave & fridge - although there were some nasty stains on the carpet. The worst reception we encountered during our 3 week tour of California. We only saw a few other people during our 1 night stay, hotel seemed to be largely empty. Swimming pool (outdoor).

Room Tip: All rooms at ground level & had both front & rear doors so access to car extremely easy &...

Why is it that KNIGHT INN hotels are awful Hotels and usually dirty. This Hotel in Lake Havasu was acquired via a bidding service - A two star. No way!! When we got there the manager on duty took his time for 20 mins while he did something behind the door. The place looked bad inside, and I think the anticipation of what a Knights Inn rooms looked like was the only reason we stayed to check in. As soon as we got the room key and checked in we went to look inside. The smell in the room was an odor that smelled like urine. The beds were bouncy like a cheap bouncy mattress. The room itself was large and had two doors, one to the pool side and one to a horrible parking lot that needed a major upgrade. We immediately went to the internet to find another Hotel in the area by the water and paid a price to book that late, but we needed to get far from this Hotel as it was not a two star or even a one star. Dirty outside, smelly inside and not worth the money paid.
Unless your use to a Hotel of this nature for whatever reason - YIKES! Steer Clear!!!
