Good portions and good food. Family owned Alaskan transplants. Very friendly staff. Located on upper end of McCulloch business area near Acoma.

Food was good but it was overpriced. We tried their lunch menu and it was ok. Not anything to write home about.

“Downtown Newbie”
Reviewed March 19, 2012

Wife and I were looking for a new breakfast location and spotted the Havasu Grill in downtown Lake Havasu. This is a very small 'cafe" with limited parking in front but with excess and ample parking in the rear. Decor was nice and the place was very clean.
We were welcomed by "Jimmy" one of the owners. Orders included eggs, home fries, bacon, toast and coffee. The eggs were done fine, but the bacon was overcooked. The whole wheat bread came out unbuttered. Some of the jellies had the consistency of tar, so I assume they were old. Coffee was excellent and when waitresses and Jimmy were given feedback, they were apologetic and offered substitutions. We were already 3/4 through the meal, so declined. This place is under new management (6 months), so another stop might prove better (or not). My hunch is that the cook(s) were overburdened with the full crowd there and probably didn't pay attention to which orders were in what "order."
