This is a pleasant restaurant set on the banks of the Olifants River, about halfway between Hoedspruit and Phalaborwa. It has a great view of the river valley below. All the seating is arranged in discreet groups which even if the restaurant is busy, creates a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff are competent and friendly. There is a varied menu catering to most tastes from breakfast and light lunches to more substantial meat dishes, all expertly prepared. This is a great stop at any time of the day, and with the added attraction of a gallery and safari shop (with very reasonably priced items), is well worth a visit.
