What a wonderful and priceless experience. The tented room was so nice, the personnel so friendly and the surroundings heavenly. Highly recommended. Money well spent. Thanks to Deon and Jessica who made this an unforgettable weekend.

Very good private park. Price versus quality is one of the best you can find.
We stayed in the camp and were at the time the only visitors. (lucky us). We had a private afternoon drive with jessica and really had an amazing time. We saw so much and some very special things as well. We saw a hippo chasing two rhino who were drinking at his pool. Amazing. And i can say the rhino's were scarred. Also a complete lion familiy wiithin one meter from our vehicle.
At the campsite the semi tammed cheetah was good company.
On the morning walk you can learn so much about the bush aswell. All rangers have a great knowhow of the bush. The tent we stayed in was luxuorious and bathroom bathroomfacilities ensuite are comparable with hotel ones.
I would recommend this camp.
And if you dont prefer self catering and require some more luxe then stay at the lodge.
We had our dinner at the lodge one night, the buffet was really nice and tasty.

Thank you for the time taken to review Marula Camp. Our mid-weeks out of season are always quiet and the perfect time to visit if you prefer some hands-on private time with our animals and Ranger. We are glad that you found the accommodation to exceed your expectations. Meals booked at our Main Lodge are perfect for those wanting to experience the more relaxed atmosphere of the self-catering camp, without having to do your own cooking.

This small camp has the friendliest and most professional staff in Limpopo. From arrival to end was just a Pleasure. Our guide, Jessica is a true star and made our trip really amazing. Her knowledge of the finer bits of the bush is amazing. We cannot wait to return.

Great and friendly owners with a fantastic guide ( Jess ) Felt welcome from the time we arrived until we left. With 3 tame cheetahs' and caracul waking you up in the morning on your doorstep what an experience. Will no doubt be back shortly. Can only be highly recommended. If I have to be critical maybe little more attention to the pool, ensure water is nice a clean and blue????

Thank you for taking time to review Marula Camp. The interaction with our Cheetah and Caracal are always the highlight of our guests stay - we are glad that you enjoyed it. Unfortunately due to the heavy rain received during this period the pool tends to go off colour. We do however use chemicals to clear the pool, but this may take some time. We apologize if this had a negative impact on your stay with us.

It's friendly and cosy like your week end house. We were in tents, clean and neet. About the farm and the game, you can count on the rangers, they know a lot and love it, i asked a lot of questions, they were patient, gave me all my answers, and cool with kids. You can get close to some of the games, walk with them, pet them. You Wake up with a cheetah on your veranda...Great

We received excellent service upon arrival and during our stay in the camp. Our room was very clean and had all the necessary linen and towels. The aircon was a welcome item against the heat! The kitchen was also very clean and well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our food. It was great to have the staff clean up after us! We had a fire prepared in the boma every night in order for us to braai if we wished to. We enjoyed the game viewing trips in the afternoon best. The morning walks did not take place and we were a bit unhappy about this. We looked forward to this event. We also expected to see a bit more wildlife, but one must remember that their property is not that big. We were a bit bored during the day as one cannot drive alone on the game farm with your own vehicle. I suggest to take a lot of reading material with or rather go as a group of friends to keep yourself busy.
