My husband and I spent 3 nights at Porcupine Pie for a brief but heavenly honeymoon. John is so accommodating and his guest lodge is just the most darling place I have ever seen! The views are unbelievable, the chalets are so cosy and private, the food was outstanding, the hiking trail to the waterfall was so lovely - we could not have chosen better!
We were very sad to leave but knew we could never forget such a beautiful experience and that we would be back one day :)
We are planning our next trip back to Wilderness and cannot wait!

We spent our honeymoon at Porcupine Pie and it is something we will never forget. The service was great, the owners were marvelous and the food was out of this world! I am yet to find a more peaceful and relaxing place. . .

Room Tip: All the rooms are spectacular.

We spent 6 nights at Porcupine Pie for the first week of our honeymoon. Well it was just fantastic! John is an amazing host, so helpful and an awesome cook! The food was amazing and we were so spoilt.
The rooms are great with brilliant views of the valley. Peaceful and quiet and very private.
It's just a shame we couldn't stay there longer but will definitely try and make it back there one day.

We have just returned from our SIXTH visit to Porcupine Pie. This time we took friends from
UK and met up with family too, so we virtually took the place over. It was rather like going home! We enjoy everything so much. The incredible hospitality of John and Judy, the
marvellous food, the outstanding views and comfort of the chalets. Hopefully we will return again - our sincere thanks as usual.

We had a great experience at Porcupine Pie. Beautiful location and John is a great host who was always on hand for recommendations and sorting out activities for us. The breakfasts were memorable and the views of the National Park were unparalleled. Highly Recommended
