Description: Pomodoro is the meeting place of the locals and you will always find it buzzing with activity. The outside terraces offer a front row seat of the village activities which, together with the laid-back atmosphere and great food - the perfect place to while away the hours. Owner Claudio will warmly welcome you to this restaurant which they have worked so hard to make the best in the Wilderness. Pomodoro Restaurant is very serious about the quality of the food they serve. The pizzas are possibly the best on the Garden Route and the beautiful salads, antipasto, pastas, grills and seafood never fail to satisfy.

My wife and I eat here for an evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Very good standard of service. We visited the restaurant in January 2010.

It is a restaurant with Italian food mostly. The meal we had here was very good and services as well, the waiter took very good care of us.

The food was so good, we decided to go have 2 out of our 3 dinners in Wilderness there. Unfortunate the service let us down both times. The 1st time we went (Sunday 18th Nov. 2012) we thought the service was bad, because it was just students working on the weekend: they were more concerned in catching up with each-other then paying attention to the customers - we noticed twice the at the managers/owners were telling them off!!! So when we went back during the week, it was rather disappointing to see that this level of lack of service was normal. Let's hope that management reads this report and takes action, because the high quality of the food is certainly worth a visit!!
