We were spolit by our daughter in London to go to the Drakensberg garden for the Easter weekend. The road to the resort was not the greatest more potholes than road. Boking in was a bit of a disappointment as they could not find our keys eventhough we arrived after the book in time. When we got to our room we saw that it was a room for disable people. We are not disable. The room also smelt as if it had not been used for a long time. The room was adequate for us. There was plenty to do at the resort, golf, squash, bowls, horse riding, rowing on the lake, a spa, gym, pool etc. The walks in the berg were good.
Not all their restaurants were open for the weekend and we could not try them. The carvery in the dining room was a bit over priced at R150.00 per person.More
