The resort comprises two buildings. One between the Margate beach-strip and a cul de suc road; and the other (the cabanas) opposite and the lagoon. The term 'hotel' is a misnomer. The cabanas are nicely refurbished, clean and comfortable. There is a alley next to the cabanas, with a walkway across the lagoon, leading to the Margate waterfront. Many restaurants are within comfortable walking distance at Margate main beach and CBD.
The 'hotel' section has several amenities for children. Both the 'hotel' and cabanas have pools and braai facilities. The 'hotel' has a pedestrian gate to the beach.
Our unit had a lovely fan above the queen-size bed, which is pleasant at night, but does not reach the lounge-area well.More
