“A unique botanical experience”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

This botanical garden is absolutely amazing with plants from all over the world . It is one of the oldest botanical gardens around and the specimens are magnificent having been planted a long time back . The variety is also good , a walk through the gardens will be an eye opener .

“Delicious and generous afternoon tea”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

We had scones with jam and cream- which were light and fluffy and huge. Another of our group had the crumpet served with syrup and cream - utterly delicious and enormous too. Excellent value for money.

“Oasis in the city”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Even if you aren't into plants this is a nice safe place to hang out, picnic, read a book, etc.

If you are into plants, the collection of cycads is fascinating. This is also a great spot for birdwatching.
