It's been around for a few months now, so I'm not sure why we only got to visit it now. We sat on the veranda, but from what I saw of the interior it looked quite stylish.
As the name suggests, it's got a Spanish theme, and in my opinion tapas are the way to go, though there are "regular style" full-size portions on the menu too. The chicken on skewers with cumin and paprika sauce was for me the absolute highlight. Notwithstanding what I said about tapas being the way to go, next time I'll order that as a main! The garlic mushrooms where also a treat. For me, the duck samoosas were ok, but not in the same class as the others.
The service was efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our bit of banter with our waitress on the night. She had pizazz, though of course there's no guarantee that she'll be serving the next time.
All over assessment? a worthy replacement to Mo's Noodles, whose old premises Vicky Cristina's now occupies.
