is that it is "THE BEST" adventure place for kids.To all the single moms out there,Rayz Kids World at u Shaka is the most relaxing fun filled place to take your kids.No screaming and yelling just fun time -all the time.

What they don't tell you, is that the staff at uShaka Rayz Kids World are super friendly and really make your time spent there worth every cent. Mangwanani Spa is located in the Mums and Dads Cabin....oh sooo heavenly with. Massages a coffee shop with the most accommodating staff.

Overall experience 10/10.

Parents, family & friends enjoy a wonderful time just chilling, eating, enjoying the coffee, massages and the educational shows performed hourly.

A must go place for parents, kids, grandparents, friends and family.

Rayz World ......you guys go that extra mile!!!!!!!!

We had a very nice day at uShaka, we did enjoy the dolphin show, the penguin feeding (very interesting) and expecially the huge aquarium with its unique architecture. If someone is in Durban and has the time, the aquarium alone is worth the entrance fee. Very knowledgeable people there, lots of good and important information and overall a very nice setting just next to the ocean.

It is not that big, so walking time between attractions are pretty short on the other hand it means that loud music from wet and wild can get disturbing from time to time.

The one big negative is that they talk a lot about environment but obviously do not care too much themselves. No garbage separation, drinks handed out in plastic.... that is the one missing piont in that review. Otherwise,, just have a nice day, enjoy the show and the wonderful aquatic creatures.

I have grandparents that live in durban and every year we go and visit them - in doing this it has also become a ritual to go and spend the day at uShaka! My enitre family loves it and its such an amazing place to visit with or without children. i agree that the staff can be rude - get over it and enjoy yourself!!!

Whether you are young or old this is an wonderful place to appreciate and also to learn about marine life. The Aquarium is shaped like a wrecked ship and through the windows one can see an awesome variety of marine biology. I was told it is the largest in the subcontinent and I can believe it. If you need a break its possible to go to a show (dolphin & seal) or have a snack. The staff were friendly, helpful and keen to share their knowledge. Afterward there are several shops to suit every need - look for granny's fudge shop with its home made fudge

We came to Durban for vacation and heard about this aquarium. We drove here and were surprised at how fast we got in. We saw a lot of fish and sharks and dolphins. We will definetly come back here.
