When I go on the Rt 66 Fun Run we always stay here. We've been staying here since the 1990's. It;s always been a great hotel. Always clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Pool & hot tub always clean.

Although this looks like a standard 10-15 year old motel on the outside, the inside is sparkling clean and updated. it compares favorably inside with any place we have been, and the price was considerably less than the surrounding motels. (but not by much). The staff was very good, efficient, and helpful. the rooms were well appointed, comfy, and plush. In a small town like this, with limited (read:EXPENSIVE) alternatives, it is the best choice. Our only complaint was the number of idiots with loud bikes on the property , who insist on starting them in the early AM and letting them idle for what seems like hours on end, and then gunning the engines when taking off. Nice property!

We stayed here more or less by accident. We were stranded in the US by Iceland's volcano, and so we decided to have fun. We hired a car from Phoenix and we stayed 3 nights here since it was near to Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam and Havasu City, none of which we had seen yet.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was rather limited in terms of cooked items, but the bacon was good. The rooms were very clean and tidy indeed, and the facilities were very good too. We were booked in and out by somebody called 'Miss Pat' at reception, who looked initially rather forbidding but was a mine of information.

We did not eat dinner at the hotel. We ate at 'Oyster's' Mexican over the road one night, and the excellent Redneck's Barbeque on Beale Street another night.

An ideal place to stop in Kingman, and Kingman itself is just a lovely Route 66 town with a very fine museum and a lot of Santa Fe trains passing through.

I chose this property based on the superior ratings given by previous reviewers. I have to say that I was disappointed by the room size. With the king size bed, the sofa bed, easy chair, desk and chair, and a armoire that serves as a TV stand, there isn't much floor space left to store your suit cases. There is really too much furniture for the room size. The room is probably about 300 square feet. Since the property doesn't have interior corridors, you can park your vehicle just a few feet from from your door. The outside access doesn't impress me as being very secure. The room has a nice 37 inch flat screen TV, a microwave, and a small refrigerator, The single vanity is in the bathroom. The room and the entire property is very clean. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant,
We stayed at this property on the fourth night of our trip and found it to be very adequate, however; it was the most expensive and offered the least value for our money. Before booking a hotel room I always check the ratings on TripAdvisor. I now have a hard time believing that this is the best hotel in Kingman, like the ratings indicate. Clearly this property is very adequate but in my opinion, it is far from great. It didn't meet my expectations based on the other reviewer's ratings. This is an older property that has been nicely renovated and is well maintained.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in on any of my trips. From the time I checked in till I checked out, the service was top notch. Ingrid the desk clerk was extra helpful and all staff were pleasant. The room was large, had a fridge and microwave, all the extras one would want. Most importantly it was Super clean. The breakfast was great and the servers were extra cheerful also. Don't be afraid to stay at this one!

My wife and I were on personal business traveling from CA to CO (moving). We found this hotel on this site and saw that the reviews were good. Well it lived up to all comments. Clean, freindly, nice rooms. It was a great place to stay for a road trip. The Mexican place (Oysters) accross the street was good though the service was so-so.
